  1. Hi Stacey, love you videos, by the way. I’m having difficulty understanding how facilitating the infraspinatus (an external rotator) will encourage posterior glide of the humerus, given that limited posterior glide is typically associated with internal rotation.
    Could you help me understand the arthokinematics a bit better?
